At SENDASE, we believe that every child and young person with additional needs has the right to have those needs met and to access appropriate educational provision.
SENDASE's primary aim is to support, advise and advocate for parents/carers to ensure that provision for their child/young person is in place.
Qualified in Level 3 SEND Law (IPSEA), SENDASE was established by Helen, whose career in SEND spans more than 30 years. Helen has worked for the local authority writing EHCPs, managing complex cases and securing funding. She has worked in mainstream and special schools, as a Special Needs Personal Adviser and Annual Review Officer, and has supported families at SEND Tribunals. In addition, Helen has assisted friends and family members with applications for EHC Needs Assessments and has succeeded in securing EHC Plans and appropriate provision.
SENDASE offers a range of services designed to support parents/carers with all aspects of the EHCP process. From completing EHCNA applications, reviewing/editing EHC plans, to appealing local authority decisions and managing tribunal processes, SENDASE is here to help.
